Square Enix has released three new screenshots for the PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Wish every developer would release an OMG version for PC! Looks amazing.
Difference between a port and not being lazy XD
Damn that's nice
This is why I love gaming on the PC.
For the first time in years I am so tempted to buy a decent pc. I own both the ps4 and Xbox one and have always been a console gamer, but this gen there seems to be a much bigger power gap than with previous consoles. For those reading that might get upset by my comment, it's just my observation. Previous console-pc power seemed less of a difference at this point in time with previous consoles as far i Remember. Rise of the tomb raider is an amazing game, so anyone unsure I would highly recommend it.
In mid-end of Last gen , multi-platform had a huge difference in pc. For example : Battlefield had like 64 players while consoles had 18 (or 32 , i am not sure but it was a lot less players). With a huge difference in resolution..etc Pc is already better than consoles but still haven't reached that level of difference yet which is a good thing. So if you get a great pc ( Be reasonable in price though to get the best deal , understand everything , dont buy something just because you are hyped ), you will be more impressed than this in time. Consoles still have some great points though and always will , like exclusives and playing with friends. I recommend one console and one pc. That way you will get most of the gaming. But two consoles will get you less fun. Unless you are willing to buy all lol...
Dont buy. BUILD! Its easy, and cheaper than buying. The only thing I hate is that feeling I get that I didnt switch to PC years ago. Still love my PS4 but its insane how much better my PC is. Neweggs build tutorial is the best. Made me really comfortable about building my own PC. https://www.youtube.com/wat... My friend bought a gaming PC a couple years ago close to $3000. I built my first rig last year with a GTX 970, I thought he had something so much better. I seen him about a month ago and he says he upgraded to a 970... My rig was just a bit over $1000
@nowitzki2004 - I just built one less than 3 weeks ago. It too has a 970 in it. I could have went higher, but the prices start to get ridiculous for the 980 and 980ti. (don't even include the Titan). I got this game free because of the graphics card, so I can't wait to try it out.
THIS^! Building a PC is fun and pretty easy. You can pick the parts which will give you the best bang for your buck.
Beautiful. The bear looks phenomenal. It was beautiful playing it on the Xbox One, but they defintely cranked it up a notch on PC. Which is how it should be.
Sweet Jesus.. I hope my pc doesn't hurt too much playing this at 4k 😕
Wow you people are easily pleased. Looks more or less the same, just higher rez and some extra fx on capable graphics card.
I play on consoles mostly, but I gotta say, this version of tomb raider does look sexy. I am jealous of high end pc gamers right now
It images... If you see it running on a PC like mine you would see so much more. I game on PC and PS4, and I have heard how great The Order looks, I borrowed it ffrom one of my friends a couple weeks back... Its a blur fest for me. and thats one of the best looking console games if not the best.
/\ Roflmao Not everything revolves around a pixel or high res texture. It's all about the games. I wouldn't put a single PC exclusive in my top 10 of games i have enjoyed over the last 5 years. Does PC have better graphics when a game is launched on platforms together, well sure it does. But do you think console owners are going to enjoy it less? Absolutely not, know why? Cause if they are playing it on the console in the first place they obviously could care less about the extra pixels or frames or more detailed textures.
"I wouldn't put a single PC exclusive in my top 10 of games i have enjoyed over the last 5 years." "/\ Roflmao" Its hard to enjoy any PC game when you are not capable of running any. Im just stating the truth pal, Im not hating on the PS4. Love that thing, play NBA 2k15 and Rocket League on it daily. I game just as much on my PS4 as I do on my PC.
