Mote Massacre, aka Mote-M, has the makings of a great Tower Defense game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. At the current time, Mote-M is not quite finished and missing quite a few features. The developer seems to be committed to releasing updates so this may be a game to watch in the future. Even so, considering the iPhone doesn't support Flash and the game is only $.99, TiltGamer is going to give it a recommendation for strategy game fans.
