Four athletic individuals armed with weapons competing to reach the top of a collapsing skyscraper may sound crazy, but that’s because it is. It’s also the premise of a hectic new arcade game released by Bristol based studio Ground Shatter Ltd.
TSA writes: "SkyScrappers is bringing its unique brand of demolition and platform-battling to the Nintendo Switch and is hoping to rub shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the other great multiplayer games on the system. It’s a local competitive game that has your fighters trying to climb to the top of a crumbling skyscraper, all the while trying to stop your opponents from beating you to death or knocking you down."
SkyScrappers is an interesting game that has been developed in the UK by Ground Shatter Ltd. Designed as a multiplayer platform-fighter, for up to four players, the aim of the game is to be the first one to reach the top of an exploding building or to knock out the other team members you are playing against. Gameplay is simple, fast and fun with an old-school arcade feel.
Aaron plays some SkyScrappers on the Nintendo Switch.
So it's like those 1-2 stages in Smash Brothers basically ?
Looks decent.
