I was interested until they said AC Black Flag team is doing this.

Now i am definitely getting this.

That's the team behind this? Awesome, definitely excited for Egypt

DarkOcelet3052d ago

I am glad Egypt is getting some love :3

First Black Ops 3 and now this. Tomb Raider 3 should definitely have an Egyptian setting too.

Egypt?

Just like GTA games, whatever takes the least amount of imagination and creative force.

DarkOcelet3052d ago

You are kidding right?

I am an Egyptian and barely know my Ancient History. This really takes a huge amount of imagination and creative force. They are making a whole civilization they don't know jack about.

So they have to study hard and get as much info as they can but at the same time they have imagine what it was like to live in the past.

As much as i hate the repetitive stuff in Ubisoft games, i am always fascinated by the things they do in Assassins Creed. Their history knowledge in the games are amazing.

I was hopeing two games ago they go here. France and england were fine just seemed like egypt had more swagger i guess IMO.

Black flag team + Egypt + a year break is the best AC news ever.

Egypt.... I dunno about that, doesn't spark my interest all that much. I personally would rather see a Feudal Japan, or Ancient Rome.

In saying that i dont care where they place the next game, I think its more important they get a good writer on board.

Why the Modern Day Plot is Vital to Assassin's Creed

Fans attribute Assassin's Creed's problems to a number of key issues. There were certainly some frustrating moments plus at times, some glaring technical issues. And a lot of blame is placed on the series' modern day components.

But the modern day plot in Assassin's Creed is exactly what makes the series so fantastic.

I cant be arsed to read another article about ac but the response to the headline is obvious: Without the modern day element its just a stealth game. It has to have the modern day element to be part of ac on my opinion. I think they've strayed a bit in the last few games for that reason.

I don't know about him being an egomaniac, but I don't know how he got to be this visible figure. His track record is spotty at best.
