With that name I thought it would have been a Visual Novel but the description says it is a fighting game like the previous titles. Wasn't aware that it was an Arcade game.

Of course I know what BB is. I have one of them on Vita. Ever heard of XBlaze Code Embryo? It is a Visual Novel set in the BlazBlue universe. I just forgot they had a separate name for the spin-off. Also I am on my phone so I just glanced at the page before I clicked the link and didn't really process what was going on in the picture.
