Simple, you just play them like any other game. The original Gears of War has been loads of fun over the last couple of weeks :) Xbox One has so much value it's crazy!

What is even better are those free BC codes that MS send out to people that purchase games like Gears Ultimate, Fallout 4, etc and BC titles included for GwG members. I just received 4 token codes for all 4 Gears BC a few days ago. All that for $20 I had paid for Gears Ultimate. :)

I have all four gears X360 games on disc already but MS is nice enough still to let me choose how I want to play the games I have already owned..disc or digital. The value is indeed crazy.

I want to give Halo Reach a try this weekend on my Xbox One. I bought a copy awhile ago that was really cheap and heard it was a great game. The Xbox One has been a wonderful experience this generation!

my only gripe is how yoy have to dowbload xbo360 GWG throigh the 360 itself or through xbox.com. they need to enable BC GWG on the x1

Loving this amazing feature on an amazing console. What really makes it amazing is the bonus games you get for buying certain AAA releases like Fallout 4. Xbox One is the most pro-consumer console this generation and Microsoft has done nothing but impress me as a long time Sony fan!

Don't get too cozy at Microsoft they are playing the "catch up" game like Sony had to last gen and throwing out features to attract consumers. Next gen if they become the leader the next console will do nothing for the gamers...always remember why companies do things...its their bottom line not the consumer

Lol, nice downplay. Just remember MS also gave away Windows 10 upgrade for free to PC owners but MS have a monopoly on PC OS. Why didn't MS charge for Windows 10 upgrade according to your analogy?

@rookie: because computer OSes have nothing to do with Sony. Apple has been giving away their OS upgrades for s few years, now, and that's why they aren't charging for the windows 10 upgrade... For the first year... If you decide to upgrade to Windows 10 in more than a year, they're making you pay for it.

They currently have almost 90% of the Computer OS marketshare. They also have some backlashed on Windows Vista too but they didn't give away Windows 7 upgrade for Free.

MS is not losing market share in desktop OS business and I don't think it will in the next 5 years. Windows is a pretty solid OS.

1. That used to be higher.
2. Computer OS is not the market now, they are losing to Android and iOS massively now, and that matters a ton.
3. Yeah, when Vista was out, the mobile market wasn't what it is now nor did they only have 90% of the PC OS market.

This feature is why I am glad I got an one to go along with ps4..last gen I couldn't afford both so I never got to play some of the 360 only titles...now I get to and its the most used feature I use on xbox one

Best current gen console imo. I love filling up my external hard drives with all these free game. The X1 truly feels like a next gen console not just an upgraded 360
