MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore is a bad game that you absolutely, unequivocally, should not play.
Neil writes "The Supercross scene is alive and well with MX vs ATV Supercross Encore, but should you have been one of those who decided to hold off hitting the track initially then today is your lucky day, for the MX vs ATV All In Edition delivers everything you could ever wish for"
Neil writes - "The new year signals the onslaught of all manner of content packs to cover the 12 months ahead. One such pack is that of the 2017 Official Supercross Pack for MX vs ATV Supercross Encore. Fancy picking it up?"
I have always been a fan of the motocross madness family. They always pushed the graphics and fun. Im down.
Carlos writes "So here we are in the run up to the most festive day of the year, and no matter if you're one of the many dashing around the shops trying to find those perfect gifts just in time for Christmas, or one of the early birds who had Christmas sorted months ago, something we can all appreciate at this time of year is the joy of some well-priced bargains.
With the arrival of a fresh batch of Xbox Live Deals With Gold discounts, let’s take a look to see which titles you should - and shouldn't - be casting your eyes towards to bridge the gap to Christmas."
What happened, Rainbow were one of my favorite racing game developers on PS2, with ATV: Offroad Fury & the couple after it.
They should have kept building these games, better & better witheach sequel. I also LOVED Splashdown, & that is a racing game genre I would love to see comeback. Waterports is good in both the videogame world, as well as the "bedroom".
Graphics & track design, were high points from them....Then Pure came along & Disney Studios showed developers how to make a ATV game feel awesome, & fresh again....
Unfortunately, Disney were rewarded with tighta$$es that failed to support both there awesome PS3/360 racing games. So, broke they went.
Shame that after ALL these years of this same process./.... Gamers are NOT learning from a sordid past of gen after gen, of the same death of great developers, that make KNOCKOUT games, that MOST console owners fail to support, due to ridiculous trends, they'd rather follow...Rather than buying great games immediately, based off THERE RESEARCH... People buy games based off pop culture crap....
Which is proven by Ico, Okami, SOTC, BG&E & Psychonauts, being OUTSOLD BY 50 Cent: Bulletproof???? To the point, 50Cents PS offering WAS CRAP. Then, for complete IRONY, PS3 & 360 got the brilliantly fun, 50 Cent: BITS, that sold crap, as 50Cents 5 mins of fame had passed, & he wasn't the man of the hour no more.
Anyhow, this was a great review, & didn't pull any punches..... for that, a "thankyou for saving the money" is due...
Hopefully Rainbow will regroup, & make a awesome ATV racer again... I don't care if the 2 wheelers are axed for now, keep it basic, & back to the roots, as Rainbow started these games with nothing but ATV's.
Also, a new, brilliantly executed Splashdown would kick a$$.
I really would like to hear that Evolution are now working on a new Motorstorm..... I loved EVERY game in the series... Yet, again, faaaaar worse games sold millions more than Motorstorm: A. Twisted Metal, Socom: C & Socom: SF, Wipeout & Wipeout Fury....etc, etc..
