UnderRail is a turn-based RPG set in a post apocalyptic future where the Earth's surface is no longer habitable forcing humanity to live underground in a system of metro stations.
This gives me a Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 vibe. I might look into it.
Fallout style gameplay, Metro style theme
Color me interested.
Played the alpha for the longest,.. It is awesome as hell,.. Probably better tactically as Fallout 2 and deeper ,.. amazing game
I've been keeping this game in my periphery for the better part of two years or so, patiently waiting to see the end result. Now that it's out and on sale, I'm SO freaking tempted to purchase it, but... with so many other games in my backlog (Wasteland 2 & Pillars of Eternity -- I"m looking at you!) and on the horizon, I'm not sure it'd be worth it right now. In other words, I'm asking if someone would be kind enough to offer a little convincing! The original Fallout titles are my all-time favorites. I've also heard mention that Underrail is a cross between Deus Ex and System Shock 2 (also two of my all-time favorites, as well). Can anyone lend credence to these claims, and tell me whether it's worth a bit longer of a wait or if it's something I should be playing RIGHT now? ;)
