There was a glitch letting people get the expansion for free by invading, I think just joining other people's game was blocked.

I really like the DLC/Expansion. They could have tweaked the base game some more though, like revamping boss fights and altering enemy placements. Anyhoo, I am not complaining. One of the best DLCs to come out in ages!

CD Projekt and From Software know how to do DLC. It's a shame everyone else is trying to nickel and dime what these developers consider should be free.

They usually die when he goes into his second form, can't get a grip on his attack pattern dude.. so, so frustrated right now haha!

He's super easy to backstab, he gave me soo much trouble before finding that out, still doesn't make it an easy fight, but you can get to the final phase with most of your Blood Vials left.

Also go into the water during his second form if you haven't, makes dodging his bomb and lightning attacks way easier.

Focus on Visceral Attacks. Especially when he goes into his second form. Because he's so much quicker, it's harder to get direct attacks on him. You can VA a majority of his attacks.

It's a nightmare, he the pistol doesn't seem to push him into his critical attack stance, and his increased speed certainly doesn't help. All co-op partners I've had have died quickly with this boss, I've never had this bother with any of the bosses in BloodBorne, difficult as hell dude.

Same here. His second phase is akin to a player button-mashing in a fighting game. Really frustrating getting to 1/3rd of his health bar left only to get wiped out by a lightning.

I've been reading all these comments and I'd really like to know if you managed to beat him? haha. I'm on NG+ and heard it's a nightmare ( No pun intended ) so I'm trying to beat the main game again first so my guys a badass.

I'm sad that I'm already done with the dlc.. have all the new items. But the dlc did not feel like two in one just felt like one to me.
