Garden Warfare was a pleasant surprise, and must have done alright for itself commercially to warrant a sequel. But I think EA are misjudging the situation by bumping the sequel up to full retail price, and it will really hurt the success of the sequel.

It was a pleasant surprise, wasn't something I was interested in on face value but got it for free thanks to EA at E3 a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.

But I totally agree with you about the price, I'm not sure it warrants a full retail price especially with micro transactions on top of this for packs and it will ultimately harm sales. I would gladly pick it up for £25.

Unbelievable that EA are going to try and sell this for 60 dollars and to top it off they have done a delux edition too.

Was looking forward to the game but it will be free in EA access not long after so I'm going to sit it out.

There really is no end to EA's greed at the minute.

EA is just the worst at nickle and diming gamers today. Like they don't rake in enough cash with their ridiculous DLC packs for their FPS games.

If it has a good single/offline and coop play I maybe would consider getting it. February is full of games so I'll probably pick something else (like Mirrors Edge) while in the mean time GW2 manages to drop price a bit.
