"Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires is the first handheld Empires game released in the West. The game does have a few things to worry about, like glitchy touch controls, mild frame rate issues, and a visual presentation not quite up to the standard for the Vita. Regardless, this is a wonderfully chaotic and strategic Warriors game that anyone interested is sure to enjoy."
