XLC Gaming Network writes:- While the Xbox One gets the first wave of backwards compatibility 360 games, two classic multiplayer titles are missing from the list. Bomberman and Gauntlet seem to have been overseen, but Chainsawesome Games have come to the rescue with Knight Squad. To say this title is a cross between Bomberman and Gauntlet is an understatement and the top down Medieval multiplayer madness is hard to put down.
Rae writes: "ChinsawAwesome’s 8 player indie brawler Knight Squad had their own booth at PAX East and we were able to get a guided tour of the mayhem filled multiplayer title from one of the developers. Players take to the arena was one of several colored Knights with the objective of capturing a chalice placed within."
If you don’t mind playing against bots or have friends to play with, Knight Squad is a solid buy and worth picking up in its PC or console format. It’s best enjoyed with friends, but the bots on medium difficulty kept us on our toes.
Just finished the challenges, they were pretty hard. Great local game, support for upo to 8 players on one console is great too!

Knight Squad is a game that surprised me and I hope that others can get as much enjoyment out of the game as I did. Grab a Knight, enter the battlefield, and fight for glory one match at a time"
