Fallout 4 Review | Gamespot

Gamespot:
In the grand scheme of things, Fallout 4's minor issues pale in comparison to its successes. When you put the controller down, you think about the friend you betrayed to benefit another, the shifting tide of an incredible battle, or the moment you opened a drawer and found someone's discarded effects, making you wonder how they felt before the bombs fell. In moments like these, Fallout 4 can be an intoxicating experience. You're often forced to sacrifice something--a relationship, a lucrative opportunity, or your health--to make gains elsewhere. And the deeper down the rabbit hole you go, the more you wonder: what if I chose a different path? You second guess yourself, not just because you had other options, but because you aren't sure if you did the right thing. The fact that your decisions stick with you after walking away from the game is a testament to the great storytelling on hand.

I am going to keep an eye out on eBay for some digital codes on the cheap...for X1.

lol, its nice....no review needed for me. Do I come out of a vault? Do I survive in anyway, like food, water, radiation etc? Do I loot for survival? Will I kill zombies? Will I save lives and make friends?

If yes...its a easy buy before I even read 1 review, it was a buy before I even saw what it looked like lol.

If its just like Fallout 3 but looks better, its a buy. Can't wait to play it on release! SOON!

Its seems Bethesda did it again, well done! Now we need more people reporting on its stability so I can go and pick this baby up!

Fallout 4 on Switch 2 seems inevitable, but what about Starfield?

A Fallout 4 Nintendo Switch 2 port seems like an inevitability, but what about other Bethesda RPGs like Starfield.

I think all games will end up on switch from Xbox. MS has embraced going to other platforms now if games aren't doing well on Nintendo MS may be more selective in the future

On playstation they have been quite successful

I'm not sure too many people want to play Starfield.

Profchaos25d ago

Phils all but confirmed they are going in hard with the switch 2

All are welcome to Switch 2. Microsoft Games Studios is interested in long term profits and market value not petty fanboy thoughts.

Starfield is actually a RPG. Bethesda hasn't done that in a while.

People acted like starfield was so less interesting than fallout and drastically different, but I call bs on that. Both are decent games, but they are both filled with the appearance of things to do and items to interact with but 99 percent are just there to be there with no significance. Fallout has better character work but they are both sort of illusions that they’re vast.

Studio has been going downhill since Skyrim. Every following game gets dumbed down more than the previous. I'll be shocked if Elder Scrolls VI even has dialogue options.

Fallout 4 was bad, real bad. Starfield might even be a better RPG.

Fallout 4 wasn’t a great fallout game per se but real bad? I don’t know maybe I’m a little biased because I replied it not long ago and had fun with it.
