Today Cloud Imperium Games released new videos focusing on the upcoming major update for the growing space game Star Citizen.
Star Citizen will soon get a rather impressive character customization feature in alpha 3.23, but it's limited to the head. Yet, developers also want to implement body customization in the future.
Well I guess they couldn't have done so within the last two decades working on the game so probably it'll take another two decades
in the meanwhile they have implemented the gamers' wallet customization .... from full to empty !

And if the idiot author had read what the $500k was actually for 3 years ago instead of further pushing the discretited Derek Smart's lies about how they blew all the money and the game will never happen, i wouldn't have stopped reading after the first sentence because the author had already shown his bias.
Derek Smart is a loser and has spent the past 30 years trying to ruin every project Chris Roberts is involved in. It all began when the original Wing Commander was released in the 80's and Roberts received a cease and desist letter from Smart which demanded he stop selling Wing Commander and made all sorts of threats claiming Roberts stole all kinds of stuff from Smart's own game "Battlecruiser 3000AD"... which hadn't been released yet, or shown in any gaming magazines, or seen publicly by anyone. In fact, Smart and Roberts had never even met and since the internet didn't exist yet, his threats were as empty as Battlecruiser 3000AD was sh*tty. Roberts beat him to market with a better product that was vastly superior, and it seems Smart thinks his fame and fortune was rightfully his and was stolen from him. Of course he never followed through with a lawsuit because his threats were absolute nonsense.
Then came along with Star Citizen kickstarter many years later. Smart being the stalker that he has proven to be signed up and donated money to Star Citizen. I don't know if he did it because he actually wanted the game to succeed, or because he had some plan to get revenge on Roberts, or if he simply wanted to stalk the man who stole his thunder. He clearly has been doing plenty of stalking since he knows FAR more about Chris Roberts family, his wife and kids, and their home in West Los Angeles. Go look at his website and its really creepy. He even posted up photos of Roberts children a while back but I guess took them down after a sh*tstorm. What is clear is Smart has an axe to grind and Roberts is the focus of his unhealthy obsession. Any sane individual would have written a couple blog posts and found something new to spend time doing. Instead, Smart has posted hundreds of articles filled with lies about financial problems even though only 3 people have such information, and Smart isn't one of them. His claims that Roberts bought his West Los Angeles (See: Beverly Hills) home with money from Star Citizen... which is strange because he's owned that house long before 2013. Roberts has largely ignored the idiot over the past couple years, but the recent incident involving Smart posting Roberts children's photos online, and the article from the Inquisitor... enough is enough. All one has to do is look at Smart's own blog and there is easily enough evidence to prove slander. Every single "it can't be done" has basically now happened including the seamless transition from station to ship, to another system, to combat, etc and home along with the local physics environments for each ship allowing people to walk around inside a ship while it's pulling maneuvers in ship to ship combat... everything that Smart said clearly shows he intentionally tried to defame and cause backers to pull out of Star Citizen so it will all collapse. I'm not a psychiatrist, but it seems like Smart is not mentally stable. Anyone who holds a grudge for 30 years has got issues. But to top it off, the guy isn't even justified in thinking he was wronged. It's all in his head, and that's what makes him dangerous IMO. He fits the mold of quite a few people who later went on to committing acts of violence.
