About The Last of Us 2 and unrealistic expectations

MWEB GameZone writes: "Playing into our need for more, more, more, even hinting at games that aren’t out is enough to make consumers excited. It’s this that leads us to pre-order culture and whatnot, but it need not be all bad. It can be inspiration - Allison Road, for example, is picking up the pieces left by the new abandoned Silent Hills.

Games in our head are almost always better and it’s something we need to remember when we demand and consume."

The story is too old to be commented.

I always try to manage my expectations for a game like this, but sometimes the hype just takes me over!
