Teyon is bringing its modern hybrid of a classic RTS and tower defense game, Zombie Defense, to the Nintendo Wii U as a digital download next week.
CPC4EVA writes, "Joakim, also known as jockimeister, is a 14 year old male from Stokholm, Sweden, who with the help of some friends, has developed a 2D top down tower defense game. With 29 days to go in his Kickstarter campaign, Joakim is seeking pledges to back his project and has a total target goal of 6000kr (Swedish), that’s approximately $US 720, 480 UK pounds or 655 Euros."
Despite the poor graphics, Zombie Defense has a lot to offer for gamers that enjoy tower defense style games. There’s a lot of level variety and plenty of fun ways to stop the zombie invasion. Because of the violence this game is not suited for younger kids. For everyone else who is not yet sick of zombie themed games, keep an eye out for Zombie Defense on Google Play or on Nintendo’s eShop.
Zombie Defense provides good levels of strategy options due to how little it starts players off with, combined with the amount of upgrades and unlockables that can be purchased. Some players may find the gameplay and environments repetitive after a while, but those that enjoy creating their own strategies will find the end-game content worth fighting for.
