The Witcher 3 is a great game and I am glad that they will be releasing more content.

Yeah, I can hardly wait - Oxenfurt, Shani and the Man of Glass... has anyone read Dark Horse's 'House of Glass' comics?
Reading the novels helped me to get Wild Hunt's 'best' ending, so I wanna know if the comics are related.

I'm guessing I'll see Iorveth and Saskia (maybe even Toruvriel) in the first expansion - there were quite a few Scoia-tael near Oxenfurt and Saskia could easily carry Iorveth from Kaedwin (where she killed Henselt), over the Kestrel mountains and into Redania... that, and I doubt they'd go back to Aedirn.

I'm hoping to introduce them to Ciri... I reckon her and Saskia would make a great team.

I'm also working on finishing it, mopping up side quests before I go back to main story. But not even level 30 yet.

man, I'd hope it wouldn't be any less than 30+ - I ended my first playthrough of the game at level 40 and am currently setting at 47 on NG+.
nice to see the quests in the dlc will scale.

I agree to some extent, but it sure beats ubisoft and others that show no post support for their games.

maelstromb1140d ago (Edited 1140d ago )

It's a massive open world game... there are bound to be bugs, especially as new content as added. I suppose nobody called Skyrim "Patchrim" ... but maybe that's because of the utter lack of patched support the game received after its release, and instead the modding community had to address what the developers could not or didn't want to fix. The same can't be said here, at least.

frostypants1140d ago (Edited 1140d ago )

Psuedo-open world. You can't seamlessly travel between regions. But yeah, Skyrim...ugh. Pretty sure it STILL has issues on PS3.

Raider691140d ago (Edited 1140d ago )

Still runs like crap, not even 30fps lock on the PS4 after so many patches.Overrated indeed.

Maxor1140d ago (Edited 1140d ago )

Don't worry. In about 5 years you can pay another $60 to play the ultimate edition @ 60 fps on your PS5. That's the trend with consoles now a days. They're only good for playing remastered with good performance while this generation of games runs like crap.

starchild1140d ago

Runs flawlessly on my PC. Amazing game.

DoctorFry1140d ago

So it's overrated because it has poor frame rate on your platform? Okay...

Sly-Lupin1140d ago

I always thought it was the PC fanboy who was supposed to get all butthurt over framerates. The times, they are a-changing.

Bolts1140d ago

PC fanboys get upset when they can't hit 1080p 60 FPS. It's like a God given right. This game doesn't have that problem on the PC, it's silky smooth 60 FPS all day for me.

SourtreeDing1140d ago

runs fine for me then again i dont get games to look at the errors and glitches that they come with.

these things dont seem to bother me much.. unless its f*cking my game up..

and i have many games MGS5, Destiny, Dying light , Witcher 3 , Bloodborne, Mkx

if i sat here like most of you and complained about DLC,Pre order Deals, 60fps,900p.. i wouldnt get many games and not enjoy alot of shit and yell at devs all day

everyone just need to loosen up and stop trying to get games to test them... and complain

I expect this expansion totally break the game and add about 10 000 bugs.
