‘Major’ SW Battlefront Updates Inbound; Includes Details On Features, Modes, Maps, Vehicles & More

According EA Dice's community manager Mathew Everett 'major' updates for Star Wars Battlefront are inbound next week and the following weeks until its release.

I'm worried about the controls for the spaceships. Apparently they are WEAK. Ah man that would be such a massive downer as the aerial battles looked like they had a lot of potential. Well here's hoping they aren't as bad as I'm hearing (from Angry Joe and others).

I honestly have to say that I haven't had any hands on with Battlefront but from what I'm seeing its a blast. Aerial controls are always hard to implement right and I sure hope that DICE makes good work of them.

Eh, cant expect much. this is DICE, after all. Aerial vehicle controls will be serviceable, but it will be on the ground where the action is best.

With DICE as of late with their last 2 games. I'm going to wait for the Beta, excuse me. Retail version to be a year old to play it properly how it was supposed to. Bugs, weapon adjustments, ect. Battlefield 4 is still receiving updates that are game changing after all these years.

Dumb question incoming: I know this game has no single player story mode but is there single player options? I'm not big on multiplayer and really enjoyed the first 2 battlefronts single player vs AI they offered. I keep reading a lot of information that seems to contradict itself

Battlefront will offer Missions that can be played offline in solo or co-op split screen mode. The split-screen mode isn't available in the game's multiplayer mode.

I am still buying this but I am a little bummed about no space battles. Hopefully the flight controls aren't crappy like other BF games.
