The game isn't due out for a few days, but we've already got our hands on the trophy list. If you're a big-time trophy hunter, or just a small-time collector, you'll surely be able to nab all the trinkets that Grow Home has to offer - they do look like a rather easy bunch. Unfortunately, Grow Home doesn't have a platinum trophy.
