Forza Motorsport 6 has Gone Gold

The latest mile marker on the road to Forza Motorsport 6’s launch has arrived: We’ve gone gold! In two weeks, Forza Motorsport 6 will be available to play via early access for owners of the Ultimate Edition.

Five days later, Forza 6 will be unleashed to everyone! Before the full game launches, however, fans will have the chance to experience the thrills of Forza Motorsport 6 in the official free demo for the game, which launches on September 1.

I always love crossing Charles Bridge on the Prague track in FM5. Just such a visual knockout punch, you can almost feel the cobble stone. Cant wait to see what they've done with the track for FM6.

MS did same with Horizon 2. We got a demo for that just before the official release. I think it's the best way to go. They wouldn't be releasing a demo before launch if they weren't proud of their work. Great job Turn10. I'm sure this will be another hit with critics and gamers alike.

If not for the demo, i would not have bought Forza Horizon 2. SO glad i did because its the best racing game i have played in a decade.

Its dope that they are doing a demo..even more dope that I have this game pre-ordered and am waiting to pre-download.

On a side not Im am racing through FM5. I want to finish the single player before my FM6 is ready for me. I need to get myself up to teir 6 rewards before this game comes out or my forza hub rewards wont be as big on say one. I started FH2 with 5 million credits. So Im hoping to be as 'rich' as possible before starting FM6..first car Im going to buy is a ferrari 488 GTB...and Im going to deck it out in decals that make it look just like hot rod from G1 transformers. Then Im doing a silver ferrari la ferrari in replica decals of the RT solvalou from ridge racer type 4.

Turn 10 gets 2 big thumbs up for the demo! Dam I remember the ps2 days when I used to buy Demos before the actual game to see if it's any good! Wish devs would bring that back! I bet they'd make so much more sales now! Especially with psn and Live!

Download a 40 min demo and buy the full game if you like it! But then again 40 min is quarter of the length of most games nowadays 😔.

I am so excited to play this game but unfortunately, i will not be getting it at launch because i just finished Forza Horizon 2 campaign on sunday and i have to say, that FH2 campaign is the longest racing game campaign i have played and one of the longest games i have ever played. 200 events with four different types of racing per event.

As a result, i need to detox myself from racing games for a while by playing MGS5, Halo 5 and finally, Rise of The Tomb Raider. By December/ January, i will be all set for Forza Motorsport 5.

Just means that game development is over and it is getting ready to be shipped, or is already being shipped to retailers.

I want this to be ridiculously good, to show what kind of sim can be done exclusively on a console. I will be watching with enthusiasm to get my fix (no sign of GT7 yet).
I only have Sony Consoles. But this is surely one of the more important launches of this gen so far, when it arrives. All of us who have invested in a console need to see the difference between this gen and last in terms of a sim racer.

Forza 5 was done very well, but not nearly as refined as Forza 6 is shaping up to be. I have no doubt racing fans will be in for a real treat in a couple weeks when Forza ships. Racing fans on the PS4 will surely be just as happy when GT hits.

MS don't play around with their release schedule. PRETTY sure this game will be one of the best racers of all time when it is released in 2 weeks.

Bought gears Ultimate this week, MGSV next week, Forza 6 two weeks later...man a good stretch of gaming heaven for me.
