Yeah this isn't bad at all. I'll play through Tombraider again. And try Crisis 3.

MS knocks it out of the park again with the GWG, not to mention their sales have been on fire. All that hubbub over digital only and all my games but 2 are digital.

I agree there titles in the past few months have shown commitment of wanting to offer something to everyone. This September's lineup is evidence of that plus the fact that you can literally keep all Xbox 360 titles and play on Xbox One adds to the value.

Man, I had sold my BS Pacific a while back and that game is over $20 still used at game stores. Thank god MS is giving it for free next month and I would imagine it would be BC later down the road too. They don't make games like that anymore.

The value with these monthly freebies is just awesome on XB1 as of late. I mean come Nov, the 2 BC x360 games in itself probably worth more that the $5 a month most people pay for it on XB1. Bravo team Xbox again.

Think it's a coincidence that Tomb Raider and Crysis game covers are pretty much identical??

In any case, really good month. The Tomb Raider release really makes sense.

Nice .....

MS needs to find a way to allow a Raid to be recognized by Xbox one , especially if I aim to get their 4 games every month .

What do you mean by a Raid?

ScorpiusX1149d ago (Edited 1149d ago )

RAID (originally redundant array of inexpensive disks, now commonly redundant array of independent disks) is a data storage virtualization technology that combines multiple physical disk drive components into a single logical unit for the purposes of data redundancy, performance improvement, or both.

Small scale of course

You could probably use a USB raid box, that does the raid stuff in the background and usually shows up as a regular storage device. To get native support out of the xbox for a raid would be silly and a waste of resources.

There aren't many arguments for a RAID support. You have an internal hard drive as well as support for multiple external hard drives. If you want raid 1 you can get two drives and copy the same data to it.

You get a very minor speed increase from going to an HHD to an SSD. So using RAID 0 will probably not net you any real speed increase. You'll get an increase in capacity but at the risk of higher data loss.

With hard drives at 5TB and 6TB there are plenty of storage options for the Xbox.

Satyre281149d ago

Nice loved Tomb Raider but I sold it a bit ago will gladly take that and have it in my games list for future plays. Also Crysis especially since all GWG titles for 360 will be BC hell yes!
