It seems when puzzle games come out, which they do almost monthly, they fall into two categories: the "by the books" titles that present players with matching three items together, among other trite conventions (with the exception of games like You Must Build A Boat of course), and the wildly imaginative. Sometimes, the highly imaginative ones are overlooked and sorely rejected on their download venue of choice. Other times, they're heralded as works of pure genius. With any luck, Gunpowder will fall into the latter.
COG Writes: We take to the wild west and blow up a safe or two in what really boils down to a western themed Robin Hood type game that makes for some good gameplay play in short spurts.
Pretty fun game if you're looking for something simple to play in your spare time.

TTP:" Gunpowder is one of the best physics based puzzle games released this year on iOS. Everything about the game literally screams quality, from its cartoonish presentation to its gameplay experience. The first stages are a little boring but don't get put off by them, as the game soon shows its clever design and engaging experience. Highly recommended to fans of puzzle games and those looking for a quality game to play on the go."
