Sony: No Plans to Sell Darth Vader DualShock 4 Separately; PS4 Star Wars Classics Will Be on the PSN

If you don’t want to get a whole new PS4, but you’d like to still get a piece of the new limited edition Darth Vader console, unfortunately you won’t be able to purchase the DualShock 4 separately, but at least the four classic games will be available on the PSN.

I'm not surprised about the limited edition controller being exclusive to the bundle. But I am beyond happy to hear that the other Star Wars classics announced will be on PSN as well.

This Star Wars Battlefront bundle is going to take the Holiday by storm! I myself have been looking forward to an announcement like this for some time.

And the bundle with the Disney Infinity Star Wars bundle is sure to have many parents leaning toward buying that for their kids rather than other bundles! Since well it's possible that a lot parents were probably Star Wars fans as kids when the movies released so long ago.

it costs next to nothing to put a few of these controllers separately on the shelves for a short time.. why you do dis!?

the controller could look nicer tbh and l've been happy with my red one but still. some star wars fans are gonna buy the overpriced controller on ebay because of this.

I just want super Star Wars as Nintendo seem to have forgotten SNES games for 3DS they could at least port the 3 Star Wars games to Wii U but 3DS preferred, they had all 3 on the Old Virtual console store (original Wii) come on how hard is it Nintendo, the Star Wars Nes game would also be cool, what with the new movie out at the end of the prime time to do it.

I'm holding out on Sony releasing it a few months later just like they did with the ps1 dualshock version. They won't announce it now to build up hype and generate more sales.

If they are putting the games on PSN what did they do just encode them for x86?
