* I wish companies understood that if there were 100 modders, 2-3 of them are going to be better than the people you hired to make the actual game.

Humans, when given enough time, can learn some awesome stuff, and when they enjoy something it's not work.

Modding, as long as it doesn't interfere with the main game, and isn't forced, can be awesome for experimenting with ideas that didn't make it into the final build.

Modding is good for building your games brand in most occasions.
