The new patch includes an updated hopper system for multiplayer games which should make it easier and quicker to join an active multiplayer session. New fixes include the occasional flickering when spectating, car resetting to track when using flashback in the pits, AI with punctured tyres in P2/3 sessions, and a few more besides.
For racing wheel users, the patch fixes the deadzone being appplied incorrectly, the inverted force feedback on the T100 wheel has ben solved, along with a fix for saving wheel settings and certain controllers and racing wheels should now be correctly detected.
PC gamers should hurry up and take advantage of this great new freebie before the time runs out.
