Jeremy: What is a community? At a glance, it's a group of people who interact and are connected to each other, but it's more than that. Look at any gaming message board. Skimming through the different threads won't tell you much initially other than the fact that everyone there has an interest in games. But dig deeper, and you'll find artistic people who create fan art or even fan fiction of their favorite series. And you'll witness people building relationships on these works and discussions based on simple shared interest, admiration, or even scorn and hostility. What this says about free will, creativity, and interaction is exactly what The Road to Gehenna explores, at least when it isn't giving you more puzzle rooms to solve apropos of nothing.
The Talos Principle is free right now at Epic Games Store. It is free until December 29 at 10 AM. Once you claim it, it’s yours to keep.
The EPIC store. A store so good that they need to buy timed exclusives and offer free games just to get you to look at it.
Hey. This is good on the consumer's end. Take advantage of the free games. Typically I do. I still never buy the timed exclusives until they hit other storefronts.
WTMG's Kyle Nicol: "The Talos Principle is a masterpiece in puzzle design and strong sci-fi story telling. Now it's the Switch's turn to get hold of this stunning puzzle game."
The Talos Principle is a first-person puzzle game in the tradition of philosophical science fiction.
