New details on the Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain FOB mode have surfaced online thanks to the latest issue of Dengeki magazine
Whether it's showcasing damage realistically or simulating fractures and conditions, these games are worth checking out.
The Metal Gear series has sold 60.2 million copies, as of September 2023.
...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is another rollercoaster of a game in the Metal Gear Solid series. Here's what to expect and why you need to experience it.
Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.
The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.
"...Dengeki magazine has also confirmed that there’s going to be some heavy focus on ranking and leaderboards so there’s surely going to be some fierce competition..."
I hope you get rankings for the size and how fully functional your base is. It would be a shame if the ranking and leaderborad system is only for when you invading other bases.
I'm going to be FOB-offline until I've completed the main campaign. I don't want to be in a crucial mission or story moment, only for some noob to start wrecking havok in my forward base.
By the time I complete the game, I imagine that I and alot of other people would have a base that would surpass Big Shell. So it would be nice to have rankings just based of the size and type of base you have.
Also it means that when it comes to choosing a base to invade, I know that a rank 1000 base will be small, but a rank 10 base will be huge and probably very well defended.
