Recently, it was alleged that XiaoWeiXiao has been elo boosting accounts. He admitted to Riot that he was indeed elo boosting accounts and was also apprently in the talks to boost more accounts and negotiating a sale of an unlocked account granted to LCS pros. This account has all champion skins and was allegedly sold to the same party he was elo boosting.
