Looks like there's no 'special' edition and the price is full retail price, while this is subject to change I don't expect it too

Eogahn1168d ago

The game is 17 monts away. A lot can happen in the meantime.

TheGreatGamer1168d ago

Yeah I said that, 17 months is a long long time so it could change

G20WLY1167d ago (Edited 1167d ago )

There's no way they will leave it at full price - it will kill the franchise on PlayStation and they're already dangerously close to doing that as it is.

It will have to be cheaper and will include previously paid DLC, but don't expect them to tell you that now lol. And it will be bought by me...
second hand! ;^P

Say, can you pre-order second hand copies yet?

BitbyDeath1168d ago

They'll probably charge the same price but throw in all the DLC and call it the zooper dooper edition.

TwoForce1167d ago (Edited 1167d ago )

Wow, you sound like angry troll. How do you feel when square stab you in the back ?

warczar1167d ago

I think he could have been a lot angrier, here watch.

Could care less what Squenix does, keep you bs uncharted clone on that other system you butthumpers. If there is a god Squenix will go the way of those Konami clowns and be making final fantasy shuffleboard until there laughed out of existence.

How was that for anger.

DarXyde1167d ago

If people were to pre-order, it would make sense to do so in store with $5 down at gamestop. The game may not be $60, there's no way it'll be $5, and you can always cancel.

Problem solved.

xfiles20991167d ago (Edited 1167d ago )

Part of me does not want it anymore. I can not put my finger on it but after watching it on IGN live there is something in the way Microsoft makes there games for the Xbone they have this very fake look to them. Maybe fake is to harsh how about artificial. They have this look that makes the game look weird and very saturated maybe the game was not polished or something. I just hope Microsoft does not screw up the game.

Kiwi661167d ago

How are games on xb1 fake lol

TheXgamerLive1158d ago

Their is NO legal pre order allowed by Sony at this time. Its just them being asses but it just made me laugh so thanks Sony.

This makes me laugh. .

Nice one Square lol.

elarcadia1167d ago

It's almost like an interest free credit card. "Pre-order now and only pay $3.82 per month!!"

harrisk9541167d ago

Nah... with Amazon, you only pay when the item is shipped.

elarcadia1167d ago

Haha I know. I just mean that by being able to pre-order 17 months in advance you only have to save $3.82 per month (give or take a few cents depending on where you buy it, tax, etc.) to have it "paid off" by the time you buy it.

chrisx1167d ago (Edited 1167d ago )

Square to Ps gamers : Please don't forget that Tomb raider is not exclusive to xbox, you can pre order now

butchertroll1167d ago

But that's a placeholder price.

warczar1167d ago

So your saying that if you pay for the whole thing right now they will give you your money back if the price falls? I highly doubt it.

butchertroll1167d ago (Edited 1167d ago )

I don't know why disagree votes.

YES, IT'S A PLACEHOLDER price and Amazon takes money ONLY WHEN GAME IS SHIPPED! So, price can change.

GranTurismoFan1167d ago

Do I smell regret from Square?

SuperStatePro1167d ago

Regret from what...the massive cash boost from MS? Yeah, no.

PSIN4MANT1167d ago

Not as massive as you would think. Definitely not as much as they would of made going with a launch on all platforms.

Agent_00_Revan1167d ago

I rarely preorder, but I think I will on this. Just so when the numbers come out, Square can see what a boneheaded move the exclusivity was.
