GameRevolution: "More than four weeks ago gaming website Gamekyo posted information regarding their discussion with Konami's Julien Merceron, a technology director who has spent a great deal of time working on the Fox Engine. Among the details shared was something that seemed almost too good to be true at the time. Merceron stated that due to Microsoft's release of a new Xbox One SDK, Konami development members were able to improve the presentation of this year's Metal Gear Solid and Pro Evolution Soccer releases, jumping from their prior 720p resolution to a staggering 1080p."
Like all great photographs, the covers of the FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer video games capture a moment in time. But which ones have been best?
GodisaGeek: "Feck, Football! chronicles Ireland’s journey in France and one man’s efforts to watch The Boys in Green from London, England."
FIFPlay: Pro Evo Soccer fans have submitted a total of 60,340 votes for 18 leagues from April 30, 2015 to May 12, 2016 (7.30am CET). Currently, the leagues of Turkey, Indonesia and Egypt are the top 3.
Alright then. Sounds like it helped them to optimize

This story contain several errors:
1. There is no mention of DX12. Meaning that it could have been bumped up simply by optimizing. All the tweet says is
"We got there thankfully, Xbox One #PES2016 will be 1080p"
2. The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is NOT 720p on Xbox One.
Come on 1080p MGSV!
Its nice to see more devs optimizing their code and getting more familiar with the hardware. Great job Konami. Hope MGS:TPP follows suit.
