New TIME survey destroys stereotypes about boys, girls, and video games

The findings of a recent survey conducted by associates of TIME magazine may surprise those who believe in stereotypes about the gender divide in video games. Just over half of high-school and middle-school aged boys said they didn't like seeing sexual objectification in games, while an even larger percentage said they'd like to see more female heroes in gaming. The survey also details some potentially shocking info about the attitudes and gaming habits of girls, as well.

The story is too old to be commented.
