Even at a more expensive price, PS4 continues to outsell X1. Idk how people think Microsoft can retake the NA region when there's currently a gap of about 1 million that grows every week.

ms gained some ground and closed the gap to about 500,000 last holiday but since has been losing it, ps4 has gained back 350,000

LOL what? How can it not be growing when it is getting outsold every month? The only reason gap is not bigger is because MS threw everything at last holiday...BUT sony has not done anything with its price...when it does....not good for MS.. MS can only go so low and cannot keep devaluing its product

And If you dislike this post, at least explain why because the XB1 outsold the PS4 last Black Friday and December with just a Halo collection and a cod bundle. PS4 had a GTA 5 bundle and had good deals on black Friday also.

Best believe when Sony decides to drop the price on the PS4 the gap will increase. Plus this is vgchartz. The PS4 gap is larger.

1.) Funny thing is I didn't make any IFS or BUTS, but if Sony does that temporarily then yes it will be neck and neck.

2.) There will be no Black Ops 3 bundle if there is a Star Wars one. Black Ops 3 marketing and Battlefront is huge, but like I said before, they had a GTA 5 bundle and it still didn't outsell the XB1. GTA 5 is bigger than Starwars and a single COD game.

YEah the feww games and 329 price had nothing to do with it HERP DERP.....Not too bright are you. When ps4 pricr drops that is not happening again this holiday.

GTA 5 was a last gen remake, not the same...They will have big Next gen only game bundles this year and a price drop.

Also just focusing on 1-2 months of the year is a losing strategy.

Sony will have ads and bundles for many games this holiday, these are including metalgear5, battlefront, cod blkopps 3, assassins creed, uncharted bundle with the last of us and bloodborne for blk Friday.

Whats quite interesting to me is that well over half of XBOnes total world wide sales come from the US where as with PS4 its about a 1/3.

Even though PS4 is leading the US by a comfortable margin its the the rest of the world that truly puts its sales over the top.

The North American gap is greater than the US gap and it will be greater when the holiday season begins. You can rest assured that the bundles and an imminent price cut will also make PS4 ensures that price cut doesn't get any smaller.

Not really. Since the NPD leaker, creamsugar, retired from Neogaf, there are no real NPD numbers anymore. Vgchartz has always made their adjustments each month after comparing it with NPD. That also explain why their weekly charts is months behind for the past few months after no NPD data to compare it with.

Ps3 was supply constrained and 599 lol. It will fall behind that pace soon. Ps3 also launched even later in europe, not until 2007.
