Chris from Denkiphile: "Over by the Namco Bandai booth, I had the chance to try out the new and soon to be released Dragon Ball Z game for the Nintendo 3DS. So far based on the demo that was available, I was quite impressed with how smooth the game handled. It brought back a sense of nostalgia. It felt like a DBZ game on the classic Gameboy Advanced system. The 2D sprites are very well animated and definitely show how much power each character has that can be unleashed."

Bandai Namco has announced that One Piece: Great Pirate Colosseum and Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden will have crossover game play, so that users of one of these two titles will fight in the other, permitting clashes mode between characters of One Piece and Dragon Ball.
