During its panel at Anime Expo, Aksys Games announced that the much awaited sequel of the Zero Escape series, Zero Escape 3 is currently in development.
So happy~ PS4/Vita/Steam please!
Just PS Vita and 3DS, just got the press release.
no, Vita and 3DS no PS4
@DualWielding: yep, typo, fixed. Or maybe wishful thinking?
That was how the previous one was, no surprise there
what everyone see: "Zero Escape 3 Announced by Aksys Games" what I see: "one of the best stories ever told in the history of entertainment get a sequel" so excited!
Oh god yes!
tried to get into the second one but the designs are way too weeb, like tophats and stuff, come on now, how can I take these characters seriously and care about them when they look like Jiminy Cricket.
lol. Okay, you got me.
The only part I understood was Jiminy Cricket. He is looked upon as good generally, so I can only assume that you feel very positive about this subject, as do I.
On cloud 9...
Platinumed zero escape 2 cant wait for this
Plat twice ! Felt great both times.
First plat for me ever
YES!! Loved Zero Escape: VLR on 3DS and will definitely get this next year.
All of a sudden 3DS has a super lineup.
i agree. let's hope it will be able to outsell PSP in the end - 28 million to go.
you try too hard to be an annoying troll. Please stop harassing me.
Right! only the 3DS...smh
The only handheld that gets exclusives really. Probably the only reason why this game exists is because of the 3DS, then it gets ported to Vita
@RPGrinder Keep telling yourself that. You'll be able to sleep well at night if you do. So delusional...
So when is the 3DS going to get all the third party games that's on Vita?
You mean the ports Vita gets? Vita gets no third party exclusive support. It has sold last place globally every week since it launched. Worse than Wii U even
You are beyond reach. Fuck off!
No nintendo games nominated for Best of Show by Game Critics Awards, but 2 Sony games?
The only troll here is you. Also the vita may not have first party support but it still has great 3rd party support in the form of jrpgs and indies.
You mean those badly reviewed JRPGs that Vita gets, vs the classics that 3DS does? Great third party support=ports of PS3 games? Comer on. Vita is the biggest disaster in gaming that Sony dropped
@Chronoman2 I believe i said third party support in the FORM of jrpgs and indies. Please read carefully before commenting. Thank you :) Yes I'll agree that sony dropped the ball with the vita but still the vita has a ton of great games. Want some examples? Okay then: persona 4 golden, oreshika tainted bloodlines, soul sacrifice delta, freedom wars, disgaea 3 and 4, danganronpa 1 and 2, steins gate, dragon's crown, neptunia series, atelier series, tales of hearts r, ff x and x-2 hd, ys memories of celceta, gravity rush and many more. Whew I'm tired...dang i forgot all about the indies which add a another layer of awesomeness to the vita library. So yeah if you're still not convinced you can ask again. Lastly I'm not disagreeing with the fact that the 3ds library is amazing. But i find it funny how people seem to disregard the great games on the vita even after 3 years of its release.
Time to buy VLR on Vita so I can support this series.
Thank God, what great news. I know it was rumor and suggested but a confirmation makes me happy. Now I can get a conclusion to one of my favorite series.
Wooot! I only heard good things about the series
If you want to get into it. Either buy a DS or 3DS and start with 999 then go from there. Dual Screen set up is the option for it. Your choice for VLR 3DS or Vita. Though I recommend 3DS for obvious dual screen.
Vita visuals are much more crisp however, but you really can't go wrong with either.
VLR is better on Vita. There's a nasty save glitch only on 3DS and you'll have to contend with those low res screens.
@gokuking Not if you have the digital version. It like you guys only argument against getting the 3DS version is save glitch which can be avoided.
For me this is bigger news than all of E3 combined. Specially because the creator said that it probably wouldn't be made because the series didn't sell enough in Japan. In fact, the only game I truly thank PS Plus for "giving" me is Virtue's Last Reward, that let me discover this wonderful series.
Whats up you vita owners disagreeing with every 3DS comment? Like is really that necessary If people want the 3DS version then let em not need to hit the disagree button because they dont want the vita version.
It's the other way around aa well. 3ds owners are disagreeing with vita comments. Personally I'm just super excited for the game.
Then explain my 10 disagree? Which I played VLR on my 3DS. And I tried VLR on Vita demo before buying it and dislike the lack of dual screen.
@OtakuDJK1NG The disagree and agree system exists so that you can disagree or agree with one's opinion.
Well, the only comments I disagreed with are the ones like "the only reason why this game exists is because of the 3DS" or "3DS is the only portable console that gets 3rd party support!" etc. 3DS-crowd is pretty ridiculous, really, you often get creeps from just being in one topic with them. Fortunately, vita and 3ds don't have many crossplat games.
Blame RPGrinder/Chronoman2 for the dislikes, the 3DS has gotten a lot of hate because of him.
Oh stop it.
Hell yeah. Excited. Wasn't sure if A third one would ever get made. Got ZE2 through PS+ and liked it so this will be a day one.
Yes my first vita solving puzzle games that got me hook for weeks, cannot wait for the sequels but hoping they port the first one to the vita.
This = so much win!
The best news for 2015!!! Can't wait for ZE3!!!
FINALLY! I am getting this DAY 1 to show support since I have never been into this series to do so before now. I hope we get an HD remaster of 999 on Vita.
