Serena Nelson writes: "Recently the Edge of Space Kickstarter got hacked and apparently a mass e-mail was sent out to backers asking for sensitive information like credit card numbers. For anyone even remotely familiar with Internet security this should have sent up huge red flags immediately. Thankfully, it looks like most of those affected weren't stupid enough to fall for the hackers' tricks. While this is all too common of an occurrence in the world at large this is the first time that I've actually seen this happen to a crowdfunded project."
Review for Edge of Space which is a Terraria like game set out in the far reaches of space. Build, explore and face off for your survival.
In this review, Logan discusses how Edge of Space is great, but buggy for an Early Access title - "Edge of space could be one of the best sandbox games I’ve played, but sadly it is bogged down by an enormous amount of bugs. Handyman Studios is constantly throwing out new updates and attempting to fix the bugs, but it is a bit ridiculous that a game that was in early access for so long still has so many."
Hazardous adventures await the bold and well-equipped – indie game developer Handyman Studios and Reverb Triple XP today launched the 2D sandbox, never-ending, sci-fi survival game Edge of Space on Steam.
I've had this forever but haven't played in a while. Can't believe it's finally out. Really good game if you like Terraria.
Man, I'm glad this game is still trucking on. I haven't had time to play it but I'm eager to see what the devs come up with for the final release.
