Batman: Arkham Knight's Batmobile - Brilliant fun or a legacy betrayed?

Dealspwn: So, I've just spent my first night tearing around Gotham in the Batmobile. Rocksteady have taken their time recreating one of the most iconic cars of all time and the pressure was certainly on to do it justice as their trilogy of Batman games draws to a close with Arkham Knight. If it doesn't have Atomic Batteries and Turbines, it ain't a Batmobile!

Joking, but I've never really been a fan of the 'tank' style batmobile. Much prefer the sleeker car designs, such as the amazing underlit Forever version.

The sound could do with being a bit beefier too. It's got a bit of an electrical whine to it. Fun though. And yeah, I loved the Batmobile from Tim Burton's movies, back when curves were sexy.

I love it. Rocksteady did an amazing job with the model. The transformation into battle mode is awesome and the Batwing delivery system for upgrades to suit and car are fun. Hey, I grew up in the 70s watching Adam West flit around in tights. I'll always love that Batmobile and Burton's vision was awesome too. But this one just fits the high-tech nature of today's caped crusader. Overall, the game has been amazing so far. Can't wait to pick up where I left off tonight.

The game overall including Batmobile is amazing, the only flaw is the poor performance, which can be fixed after patch or tow.
