E3 is here and with all the hype surrounding Fallout 4 and RetrospectiveGaming think its best to look back and appreciate where the series started.
What would you say to anyone that is interested in Fallout 1 and 2? what would you tell them
1. RetrospectiveGaming believes that Fallout 1 does a good job in bulding up the story... Fallout 2 had a bigger world and even though I enjoyed it I like the antagonist in Fallout 1 more than Fallout 2
2. The setting, music and atmosphere is top notch
3. Its not so outdated that its hard to pick up.
Universal Studios Hollywood has annouced that Fallout will be a part of their Halloween Horror Nights event.
Video Gamer: "Earlier this week, we released a story that the source code and in-development assets for both Fallout and Fallout 2 were lost. According to series creator Tim Cain, and as far as he knew, the source codes for both of the original games were destroyed. However, that’s not the case."
Fallout creator Tim Cain revealed that Interplay demanded all source code of the original games to be destroyed.
I fixed it
Still definitely very playable.
I would recommend Wasteland 2 also. The survival aspect really sinks it teeth there
