The downside to this is how much of your social life it swallows up. On the plus they can also be one of the most fulfilling gaming genres when done right. The Witcher 1 and 2 were met with critical acclaim and proved very successful. When CD Projekt RED announced The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, it had a lot to live up to. Boasting of the game being thirty-five times bigger than the previous instalment, and twenty-percent larger than Skyrim, the anticipation grew to mammoth levels. The big question is, have CD Projekt RED delivered on their promises?
According to Polish podcasters Rock and Boris, CD Projekt RED is reportedly planning a third DLC for The Witcher 3, set to release in 2026.
Sign me up. I haven’t played it since it released on PS4 so I could go for another run with a new DLC.
