Few interesting "Likely to appear" games -

Borderlands 3 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Fallout 4 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Devil May Cry (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Resident Evil (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Titanfall 2 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Battlefield 5 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
The Last Guardian (PS4)
Uncharted Trilogy (PS4)
Watch Dogs 2 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Hitman (PC, PS4, Xbox One)

Even if 50% of that list is true - could be a very interesting E3.

I am very interested to see what route Resident Evil 7 will take. I really hope it makes a good impression and bring back the horror!

CerebralAssassin3636d ago

I really liked the gameplay of RE6 but it isn't true RE. I hope theyy rediscover that franchise.

Thisisjuju3636d ago

They have messed with the plot of resident evil so much I almost wonder if its better trying to reboot the series.

As for E3 I cant wait to see fallout 4, after 3 I'm sure it will be something special.

DigitalRaptor3636d ago (Edited 3636d ago )

Fallout 4 is actually quite likely. It's been 7 years. Bethesda having their own conference will be more than them showing Dishonored 2 and DOOM.

RE7 - something has to change, because RE6 was an abomination in what the series is supposed to be, and what fans want. It should have been a spin-off like Operation Racoon City was.

The Last Guardian is closer to being announced than ever before. If it is, I will honestly not know how to express myself after all these years.

My first thought when seeing Fallout 4 too. Bethesda isn't just holding a presser for the hell of it.

YodaCracker3636d ago (Edited 3636d ago )

Fallout 4 will almost certainly be there. What else could possibly be big enough for Bethesda to host their own conference for the first time? And we already know that a cinematic trailer was in development for Fallout 4 thanks to that guy's resume.

My only fear is that the game ends up being cross-gen. I never even considered this possibility until recently when that list of games was revealed showing what each publisher would be bringing to E3:

Bethesda is listed as having a role-playing game for PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

I agree with this, TLG has probably had a good 3-4 years in development on PS4 (I don't think it was ever coming to PS3, just too ambitious for the system to handle it), considering this is the 20th E3, the 20th anniversary of Playstation releasing in the west and 10 years since Shadow of the Colossus releasing it's the perfect time for the game to finally be both announced and released.

I think TLG will get an October release globally.
Sony needs to bring big stuff like that (not that they don't have a lot of other stuff coming out this year ;)).

Maybe Resident Evil should just have a reboot, take the game back to it's roots, with the classic style of gameplay that always worked for the game.

Likely to appear: The Last Guardian

...

pivotplease3636d ago

Still more likely than Half Life 3. Would be a bomb but I'm not getting my hopes up. The Uncharted Trilogy on the other hand sounds like a realistic prospect.

pwnsause_returns3636d ago

ill keep my expectations low on its appearance. Dont want to get my feelings hurt. Its the same for Shenmue. All we know is that T:G is getting retooled for PS4..that much is obvious

Emp0ri03636d ago

Even if 10% of that list is true ( Fallout 4) - will be a fucking legendary E3!

Orbilator3636d ago

Gran turismo 7 for me and borderlands 3 and as every year the last guardian is my favs

WilDRangeRfc3635d ago

BF5,TF2,Uncharted Trilogy(never had a PS3 so fingers crossed,I want to play them before 4 drops, dont want to watch playthroughs on YT)and Watchdogs 2 would all be ace.
Hope Watchdogs 2 gets it right this time and becomes the game we were all hoping for.

It's a shame that the UK times for Sony and Bethesda are so late :(. However, will probably stay up to see them this year.

Christopher3615d ago

That's standard time for Sony.

gaffyh3615d ago

I know that's what I mean, it's too late
