Assassin’s Creed Syndicate changes everything you know about the series

Victory? You’re so 2014. Assassin's Creed Syndicate is the name you’re doffing your top hat to now. It’s set in Victorian London at the end of the Industrial Revolution and features twin assassins Jacob and Evie Frye. Yes. Double trouble.

30% bigger than Unity?? So 30% more broken??

Trailer looks interesting but there's no faith that they'll get it right. we'll just have to wait and see.

WellyUK1253d ago

Hopefully its smooth, the frame rate on unity was just appalling along with the awful new combat system I just could not finish Unity.

Make it smooth and go back to the old system or make the combat funner as it was just clunky and bad on unity.

Saw the 9 minute gameplay the graphics are worse than Unity. The combat looks similar to high school girls fighting it's seriously disappointing to watch. Also recurring NPCs in a planned gameplay is embarrassing the main guy killed a bad dude that had the same character model 3 times. AC is a lazy milked franchise, Ubi couldn't wait to get people hyped for the new game while Unity is still a broken mess.

I didn't finish Unity either. To be honest I don't think I'll bother with any more AC games. The only two I have played is the first game when it launched on PS3 and Unity. Because there was such a long gap for me between games I was hoping to be really impressed with Unity but overall it was quite a let down.

the aricle is at least ridiculous having a damn hook they changed everything , while the whole game is so bad made (same as its predecessors )that is so boring even to watch the trailer .. this series unfortunately was never an important or even a good IP as games media usually promoted...all the games in the series are ranging from bad to mediocrities...for young age players may seem appealing at first but all others usually avoid the ACs as they are damn boring...and i m wondering if greediness blinds them as releasing a mediocrity after mediocrity is plain stupid ...but they dont fear i guess the have media to hype them

I couldn't finish Unity either. And it wasn't because of performance issues, I just didn't find it fun at all.

I really don't think it does. I watched the reveal and why it looks okay, it's just more of the same.

Not much hype for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Getting fed up with the series.
Way more interesting games getting released.

MilkMan1253d ago

The game looks EXACTLY the same as Unity, except London oh and you have a zip cord.
I don't see anything new here. If I was Ubi, I would have showcased ALL the NEW things you can do, but of course there IS nothing new.

R00bot1253d ago

Removing a lot of the fun of their once ground-breaking parkour system by allowing you to zip cord up a building.

morganfell1253d ago

The closer they try to get to what made the original great, the farther they find themselves off the mark. There is a character that uses a grapple and his trailer came out a few weeks ago. He blows up buildings after he climbs them.

In a search for identity, AC has forgotten itself.

MilkMan1253d ago

In all fairness AC China is a good game. Not a lot of parkour, but a damn good stealth game. I had more stealth kills in that game than in the last 4 AC games. Maybe they should stick with those for a while.
