AngryJoe Plays The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt | AngryJoe

AngryJoe: "Angryjoe & Otherjoe get their hands on Witcher 3 at a recent preview event in Warsaw Poland! Check out 40+ minutes of our highlights and our impressions!"

Huh, seems they're having fun.

bouzebbal3284d ago

the wind physics on trees is really disturbing. (12:40)
his clothes and hair barely move under the same conditions.
i have no idea what this series is about, but the game looks solid.

If you have 9 minutes, the following link is a video of the Witcher Lore. There really is no spoilers in it as they don't discuss either game (although the video clips are from both). They just talk about WHAT the Witcher world is about.

They probably have Nvidia's hair physics off because only beastly machines would be able to run it On w/ game maxed and stay above 60FPS.

angry joe isn't very angry, he must like it

DarkOcelet3284d ago

This looks great for a preview build and i still cant believe they didnt show the Ultra settings of this game.

4K with Ultra and 60fps will be beautiful.

CdProjeckt have always impressed with their games considering they are a small developer. Witcher 2 probably was one of the best looking games of last gen. Witcher 3 at ultra will be a good treat.

Lamboomington3284d ago (Edited 3284d ago )

That's ultra. Everyone there played on ultra, some with Nvidia hairworks off. We already have ultra footage on youtube. Gopher also confirmed that he played on ultra except for hairworks. So that's prettymuch how everyone played.

Personally, I think it looks incredible anyway. Fact is this is the most impressive looking open world rpg there is.

I'm really impressed with CDProjektRed work. Wow, this is what you call a true game.

So many games, so little time.

Have my eyes on Project Cars, Batman and Witcher 3 and Ive just bought Dirt Rally, Wolfenstein The Old Blood, GTA 5 PC, Killing Floor 2 and Carmageddon: Reincarnation and were only in April. Gonna need a 2nd job just to afford all of these games.

TMNT Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants review - Games Asylum

Games Asylum: "Well, this is neat. As the name suggests, Wrath of the Mutants is the rarest of things – a genuine arcade conversion. With most modern arcade games being ticket redemption machines, this is something seldom seen. In fact, the last arcade conversion we can recall was Raw Thrill’s own Cruis’n’ Blast on Switch back in 2021. This is also based on an older iteration of TMNT, harking back to the series from 2012-2017. It’s essentially breaking franchise continuity (we’ve had two different iterations of the Turtles since) and could even be considered nostalgic for a select few – those who grew up with 2012’s Turtles are probably in their late teens."

It must be frustrating for these devs to see Helldivers 2 absolutely devour their lunch lol

VenomUK2h ago(Edited 2h ago)

-Oh my God, this game looks like a complete rip-off of Helldivers II!

-At least it gives Xbox players the chance to experience something similar to the PlayStation game!

Jokes aside it does make you wonder why Sony, who owns the IP for both, is continuing with two products when there is such overlap. Should it one day make a new Starship Troopers film or a Helldivers film instead?
