Well I thought the controls were original since they were unexpected when I played the demo. Minecraft is better but Minecraft itself lacks a lot and of course Minecraft is not on 3DS.

And that's where the infinite amount of mods available for Minecraft are for. Minecraft mods can turn it into anything and everything, RPG? Adventure? Horror game? Tower defense? Horde-mode attacks? It has quite literally every genre crammed into mods. Is why PC's are best for customization/mod-support.
