I'd like to see one of them dungeon boss arena areas opened up as a endless survival mode

Xof3086d ago

I love those modes. Shame you don't see them much any more. Most fun I have had with a multiplayer game was doing the Shivan Gauntlet (endless survival vs. Increasingly difficult waves of enemies) in Free space 2 at a LAN arcade.

While I don't have a PS4 yet I am waiting for the Witcher 3 to come out and hopefully there will be a bundle that is attractive. Of course the bundle would not only have to have The Witcher 3 but also Bloodborne as well and if possible Dark Souls 2 and/or Dragon Age - Inquisition.

Now the problem becomes what to do about some of my PS3 games which I am still having a great time playing. Good grief I still have PS2 games that I would not mind replaying and I do have a BC PS3.

The more I read about Bloodborne (I try not to read spoilers) the more this game is becoming a "must have" and the concept of randomly generated dungeons (aka Chalace dungeons) this game has so much re-playability it's almost criminal.

Its the little things. Seems like now is a great time to jump back in.

Xof3086d ago

No, not now. The time to jump back in is 1.04--which, supposedly, is the patch that will improve loading times.

SharnOfTheDEAD3086d ago

In the patch notes it does mention improving Loading times.

Forn3086d ago

The loading times are apparently cut in less than half confirmed by early users who downloaded this patch.

KwietStorm_BLM3085d ago

...how did you come to that conclusion?

DragonKnight3085d ago

Playing right now, the loading times are greatly reduced. It's fantastic.

skratchy3085d ago

Nah, it's this patch. Just experienced the quicker loading times myself last night. Huge improvement

SilentNegotiator3085d ago (Edited 3085d ago )

Definitely WAY improved load times.

Easily one of the best ways to get the most out of bloodborne. I loved that they did that in old souls games, and do it again.

I always thought it was a odd choice to have a blank screen when previous souls games (including demon) used it so well.

LamerTamer3085d ago (Edited 3085d ago )

Damn after reading the title I thought they may have added an option to turn off that ugly chromatic aberration. It makes the screen blurry and actually makes it look low res. CA also takes resources so shutting that off may give a few FPS more. Just a clean image would make the game look much better.

MysticStrummer3085d ago

Oh you mean that effect I can barely see even when I look for it, and don't see at all if I don't look for it? Yeah that would make all the difference.

MasterCornholio3086d ago

Well that's much better than a black screen.

:)
