Gamespresso's Review of Bloodborne
The most evil and intense Rpg game! So damn addictive!
This game is a masterpiece. I've put in so many hrs and simply want to keep playing it.
The amount of content when you finally break from your game and start clearing dungeons, is simply astounding. The Chalice Dungeons themselves are more game than any DLC which has ever existed, or will exist. Hats off to FromSoft
Great game. Everything I expected and more.
As frustrated as I get at some points I still want to go back and play. Either something's wrong with me or this is a damm good game.
Why not both? ;^P
He he, nice one. I like your lack of style ;)
Bloodbornes on a rampage!!!! :D
I know I'm in the minority by far, but i had a go yesterday after a friend lent me it to see what all the fuss was about. I hated it. My fist thought was the lack of AA in the game & the juddery movement. Then of course i died & the load times are awful. But its just hack, slash move die, wait for load.. I know ill get bashed on here, but anyone can look at my PS profile & see i play nearly everything, but i just don't get how this rates so high..In fact i enjoyed The Order more, that's how i personally rate it.
It rates high because it's a great challenge. If you're trying to play like a hack and slash then you're doing it wrong. As for the loading, the devs already said it's going to be addressed in a later patch.
Im not sure its the type of game you can enjoy just 'having a go' at it. You need to invest more time and take time to learn and enjoy it as its not straigthforward rewarding like waves of enemies just to shoot at for example. Also first time I played it I wasnt particularly impressed with the graphics and after a while its the attention to details that made me really enjoy this seemingly grim world.
Yeah nothing wrong with what you said, its not for everybody so people shouldn't buy into the hype as it will just hurt their feelings or piss them off. It demands a lot of your time and patience I guess, if you give it that and at least hustle and grind till the second boss, that's when it all really clicks. It also respects player intellect and makes you figure 95% of things out for yourself. Just approach the game differently than you would most modern AAA games as they are much softer and hand holdy.
