For some, I had to go to extreme lengths to get them. I stood in line for the golden Mario amiibo for two hours at a Walmart in the middle of nowhere. I paid $55 for a brand new, in box, North American Wii Fit Trainer amiibo, and paid more than $100 for a villager figurine. I even met shady characters off of Craigslist in order to trade for that last amiibo I have been hunting for my collection" -- Nintendo Enthusiast.

We might already be past that point.

If Nintendo is gonna keep releasing Amiibos, the least they could do is actually make more and keep up with the demand.

Never, you can't satisfy 10 million gamers times 50 different type lol.

It's a good problem to have for Nintendo and collectors should wait out the scalpers.

When there are more Amiibo than there are games on the flagship platform... at that point there are far, far too many.

The one thing I think is really STUPID? why 2 version of Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, Mario, and Luigi? ONE VERSION FOR ALL GAMES! What the hell? seriously I don't understand that decision. Who wants two of the same. Bowser even looks nearly identical. Silly

When they number as many as Pocket Monsters?

There should be one for every Pokémon, actually.
