NL:
"The delay of The Legend of Zelda on Wii U was undoubtedly disappointing for fans excited about its original 2015 release, but many reacted with a degree of acceptance - better to wait longer for a classic than have an underwhelming end result was a common refrain. We suggested the delay was perhaps good for the game, but left a large gap in the Wii U's release schedule, especially in the vital end-of-year Holiday shopping season. Though we feel that's the case, it wasn't our suggestion that it was an issue that will definitely go unresolved; part of the intrigue is waiting to see how Nintendo's 2015 line-up for Wii U will evolve. E3 will apparently be all about 2015 games, so there are likely to be some surprises on the way."
Haters: "HURR DURR WII U is over and Nintendo is abandoning Wii U and porting all games to NX" bandwagon''
Real Fact: The NX will be announced next year (According to Nintendo). So a 2016 reveal and a 2017 launch is what it seems, not a 2016 launch...
Everybody, Zelda U is delayed, NOT cancelled. That it was due to launch at the very end of the year means the delay could in all likelihood be no more than 3 months - hardly an eternity. If like me you have outside interests other than videogames (and a job), also if you own more hardware than 'just' a Wii U - I own a New 3DS, PC and PS4...finding the time to play every game which appeals is near impossible.
Get some perspective people.
It's funny before the delay of Zelda U I was thinking May. Who the hell knows? Whenever it comes out I know it will be thoroughly enjoyable just like every other Zelda video game (released for a Nintendo device of course lol). When the video game is ready to be released I will be ready to play it.
Just a feeling I had!!!!
