New Loading Human Video Reveals PlayStation 4 and Project Morpheus Development

VRFocus - For the past few months Loading Human developer Untold Games has been very open with its intention to bring its upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible adventure title to PlayStation 4 with support for the Project Morpheus head-mounted display (HMD). That said, the developer hasn't officially confirmed that the title, which is coming to PC with support for the Oculus Rift, will be ported to the console. However a new video released by the team today showcases Untold Games' work on the console version of the title. Said video can be seen below.

Cool. It's good that indie devs are having a real go with VR, but tbh, I can't wait for that big budget AAA VR experience. You know it's coming, it will be intereting to see who will bring it!

Same here. There are a few indie games on PS3 that are in 3D and use the Move controllers (Datura being my favorite) and those types of experiences are such a small taste as to what VR offers that I can't wait to see actual AAA VR games. I'm a bit jealous of Occulus (since I'm a console gamer) since they'll have more games overall, but I'm still excited to see what Sony can pull off with Morpheus. If it's under $300, it'll be day one for me (especially since you can pay over time if you preorder at GameStop).

Well said man, bubble up.

I'm excited for both so much, I was a console only gamer too but bought a PC recently mostly for oculus (and "school"). they both show so much promise, but I've gotta say with 120hz display morpheus will have the edge unless oculus or vive has a bigger resolution display or wider view.

I know I'm definitely buying morpheus at launch, but in terms of PC I'll get whichever comes out first :) can't wait

I was a backer some months ago with their Kickstarter campaign. I'm pretty sure they announced then that LH would be coming to the PS4. I am glad that more people know about this though. It looks like it's going to be a great game!

Lol, maybe I'm becoming an old fart, but excessive violence in VR seems to bother me more than in flat games. Feels more visceral when you're looking a person in the eyes before mutilating them.

By no means am I trying to be a prude and saying these games shouldn't exist. I just play them more sparingly, need more breaks. I need some beautiful, refreshing & relaxing VR experiences too to balance them out so I don't feel so heavy.

I’m an old fart too. I couldn’t believe how violent saints and sinners was.

IMO, there's two that are better than all these (except maybe Beat Saber), Thrill of the Fight and AUDICA.
