TouchArcade: Not long in to playing Jump'N'Shoot Attack I sent an enthusiastic message to some of the other Touch Arcade writers, telling them that it was "super fun". Chatting to the developer on Facebook, I said the game was "right up my street". So this is a game that makes a great first impression. Sadly, the fun that is promised and delivered by those early stages, soon gives way to some unimaginative level design that is more tedious than it is challenging.
While a little short, Jump'N'Shoot Attack doesn't feel that way as you fight your way through its vicious stages. Balanced but relentless, it brings retro-themed challenge and good control to mobile gaming.
Pocket Gamer: Jump'N'Shoot Attack might have the worst name of any of the games that came out this week, but you shouldn't let that put you off too much.
Hardcore Gamer: Like everyone else who actually enjoys games, ScrewAttack Games is sick and tired of horrible virtual controls and free to play BS when it comes to mobile gaming. Jump’NShoot Attack is an action platformer with a retro feel and an attractive price point.
