The rate things are going, every game from the past console generation will get remastered. These four games SHOULD be next, but they probably won't be.
While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.
Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.
It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny
Armored Core VI?
Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?
No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).
GF365: "Oftentimes, video games have characters who are antagonistic and really not very pleasant. Here are some of the friendliest characters in games where you might not otherwise expect to find them."
The newest From Software game is just around the corner. These are five excellent games to play while waiting for Armored Core 6.
With the release date being just a little over a week away, it may not be a good idea to burn yourself out on mech games until then.
Surprised that the article didn’t mention Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries if we’re talking about mech-related games.
Skyrim.
Reach
Maybe developer resources for Remasters should only go towards games that were part of the PS2/XB generation or earlier.
That being said, I did appreciate TLOU:Remastered though, so thank you :)
Forget a remaster of RFG, I just want to see a new open world game. Nordic Games that bought the Red Faction franchise is probably working on another Red Faction game now or in the very near future. They just updated Guerrilla to DX 11 in December, they are adding new Wrecking Crew maps soon and I got a message from them on Steam that says...
"We decided not to rush into RFG2 but rather do something good to RFG and collect community feedback. I hope at some point in 2015 or 2016 I can announce that a new Red Faction game is actually under development."
Link to that discussion.
