Originally released on PC back in March, Three Fourths Home split audiences right down the middle. The mechanics are basic, the game is over within an hour, and its entire narrative is focused on a woman talking on her phone while driving. Which is illegal.
Don't let the "extended edition" in the title fool you, Three Fourths Home: Extended Edition is a visual novel game that can be completed in an hour. That's including the main story and the epilogue. While the price tag is a little high for an hour's worth of entertainment, the character development and dialogue is engaging.

I'm alone on the highway, flanked by rows of Nebraskan corn, driving in the shadow of the wind turbines in the distance, steadily spinning along in the rain. Dozens of wind turbines… or hundreds of them. Thousands maybe? They seem to stretch forever--or for at least as long as this awkward conversation with my father does.
